Jetzt ist deine Stimme gefragt! Von Mittwoch, 15.06.2022 (9 Uhr), bis Mittwoch, 22.06.2022 (15 Uhr) kannst du online auf dem Wahlportal abstimmen. Der Login im Portal erfolgt mithilfe deines normalen HdM-Kürzels und -Passworts. Gut zu wissen: Du hast so viele Stimmen, wie Wahlmitglieder zu wählen sind, und je Kandidat:in kann eine Stimme abgegeben werden (keine Stimmenhäufung). Du brauchst auch nicht alle Stimmen abzugeben.

Und wie immer: Mach die VS zu DEINER Studentenvertretung.

Now your vote is needed! From Wednesday, June 15, 2022 (9 a.m.), until Wednesday, June 22, 2022 (3 p.m.), you can vote online on the election portal. Login to the portal using your normal HdM abbreviation and password. Good to know: You have as many votes as there are electoral members to be elected and one vote can be cast per candidate (no accumulation of votes). You don’t have to cast all votes.

And as always: make the VS YOUR student representation.

Es ist soweit: die Nominierungsphase für die Gremienwahlen startet heute! Du kannst dich für den VS-Rat, Fakultätsrat und Senat aufstellen lassen. Der Nominierungszeitraum ist vom 20.05.2022 bis zum 31.05.2022 und läuft über dieses Portal ab: https://onlinewahl.hdm-stuttgart.de. In den Gremien kannst du dich aktiv an der Mitgestaltung der Hochschule engagieren und lernst dabei nicht nur die Hochschule besser kennen, sondern auch viele coole Leute! Checkliste für deine Nominierung:

• Überlege dir für welche Gremien du dich aufstellen lassen möchtest


• Registriere dich bis zum 31.05.2022 auf dem Wahlportal


• Lade im Wahlportal den Steckbrief runter und fülle ihn aus, wenn du möchtest. Erzähle den Studierenden, was dir wichtig ist und warum du gerne in den Gremien sitzen würdest


• Nach deiner Nominierung kannst du den Steckbrief und ein Bild von dir hochladen. Den Link erhälst du von uns


• Erzähle möglichst vielen von deiner Nominierung und animiere sie zur Wahl!

Und nicht vergessen: Ob durch Wahl oder Nominierung, mache die VS zu DEINER studentischen Vertretung :)

It’s time: the nomination phase for the committee elections starts today! You can run for VS Council, your Faculty Council, and Senate. The nomination period is from May 20, 2022 to May 31, 2022 and runs through this portal: https://onlinewahl.hdm-stuttgart.de. In the committees, you can actively participate in shaping the university and not only get to know the university better, but also meet a lot of cool people! Checklist for your nomination

• Think about which committees you want to be nominated for


• Register on the election portal until 31.05.2022


• Download the personal description from the election portal and fill it out if you want to. Tell the students what ist important to you and why you would like to sit in the committees


• After your nomination you can upload the description and a picture of yourself. You will receive a link from us


• Tell as many people as possible about your nomination and encourage them to vote!

And do not forget: Whether by election or nomination, make the VS YOUR student representation :).

Next up: 5. Runde des Nothilfefonds

Um HdM-Studierende, die sich in einer nicht vorhersehbaren akuten finanziellen Notlage befinden, zu unterstützen, starten wir dieses Semester die 5. Runde unseres Nothilfefonds. Immatrikulierte Studierende können bis zum 27. April auf unserer Nothilfefonds-Webseite einen Antrag auf einen finanziellen Zuschuss einreichen, um ihre Situation zu überbrücken und problemlos ihr Studium fortsetzen zu können. Das Budget für finanzielle Hilfeleistungen ist diese Runde erneut auf 12.000€ angesetzt. Alle wichtigen Informationen sind in der Nothilfesatzung und den dazugehörigen FAQ zu finden. Bei weiteren Fragen steht die VS jeden Montag, Dienstag und Donnerstag von 10:00 – 15:00 Uhr im VS-Büro (Raum 020, hinter dem grünen Ei) gerne zur Verfügung.

Next up: 5th round of student emergency funding!

To support HdM-students in a sudden financial distress, we decided to start the 5th round of the student emergency fund. Enrolled students can apply for the grant till 27th April to support their financial needs and to continue their studies according to plan. Just like last round, the budget to help students amounts to 12.000€. Detailed information can be found in the emergency aid statute and in the associated FAQs. For further information and questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. (Office hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – 10am to 3pm in room 020)

Es ist wieder soweit, unsere Vollversammlung findet statt! Endlich wieder vor Ort an der HdM. Dieses Semester könnt Ihr sie am Dienstag, 05.04.2022 um 11:45 in Raum i003 oder per Livestream verfolgen.

Kommt vorbei um mehr über eure studentischen Vertreter:innen, die VS-Initiativen, hochschulpolitische Themen und weiteres zu erfahren.
